As a New Jersey native, she earned Michelin-star recognition as Chef de Cuisine at New York’s legendary Spotted Pig, where she helped maintain that honor for over ten years.
Her signature style, rooted in seasonal ingredients and European techniques, continued to evolve in Los Angeles, where she led the kitchen at Chateau Marmont and Bar Marmont, infusing each menu with creativity and a deep respect for flavor.
At The Georgian, Chef Carolynn crafts menus that reflect California’s vibrant bounty, blending elegance with approachability. Her masterful culinary prowess is defined by precision, passion, and a commitment to creating unforgettable dining experiences.
